SEU Carolina has partnered with Multiply Church to provide our fire students with affordable housing options on campus. These options include several residential houses that have been remodeled and feature stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and fully furnished interiors. These residential houses are all located on campus, making it a convenient place for our fire fam to call home. Space is limited. Reserve your spot as soon as possible.

Pricing

• $341.25 refundable deposit*

• $1,775.00 per semester

The deposit is refundable upon move-out so long as you complete the academic year and leave the apartment clean and damage-free. Full balance must also be paid before move in. Rooms traditionally have two students per room, however. This can vary from house to house.

Age restrictions

• Students in the traditional undergraduate program are required to live in student housing, unless the university, at its sole discretion, provides authorization to live off campus. A perfect example of someone who will receive authorization to live off campus are commuter life students who live at home with their parents locally in the area.

• It is the policy of the university to provide student housing for undergraduate students up through 23 years of age.

• The university is unable to provide housing for students age 24 or over; however, exceptions for age are considered through an appeal process.
